Before dedicating myself fully to teaching etiquette, I worked as Head of Marketing within the luxury jewellery industry - where I learned that refinement is not aesthetic, but strategic.

My experience in the luxury industry shaped my understanding of nuance, hierarchy and perception. In high-level environments, details are never accidental - and neither is etiquette.

Over time, I translated that knowledge into educational content designed for modern women navigating social and professional spaces.
